Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum Order: 9 Guests; Max Order: 300+ guests per booking

  • Your Villa booking confirmation has to be sent to us prior to booking your meals. The confirmation has to mention the number of guests and the precise Google location. Delivery Location cannot be changed once payment is made

  • Please send an accurate number of Jain Meals, Veg Meals and Non-Veg Meals while placing your order

  • 100% payments need to be made in advance on booking meals

  • ​All meals are limited as per regular appetite. If you feel your group will require more quantities please order extra meals.

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances

  • Orders once placed cannot be changed without extra charges

  • Change in menu or dish after payment will be charged extra at Rs.90pp

  • You can order an extra Main Course dish at Rs.250pp for non-veg dish and Rs.225pp for Veg dish in Lunch & Dinner, Breakfast Rs.90pp and Hi-Tea Rs.90pp from our existing menu choices

  • Special out of menu dishes can be requested at an additional charge.

  • If you are more and order less meals we will not be responsible for less quantity of food

  • You can also request for our Luxury Menu option starting price at Rs.1,800pp upto Rs.3,600pp and above

  • Individual meals, only Lunch, Dinner or Breakfast are also available. Please Whatsapp for rates

  • Delivery charges will be Rs.540 for all 4 meals. This charge is only applicable for deliveries in Lonavala and Khandala Main city limits (12 Kms radius). Free Delivery for orders more than 16 meals. Outside city limits will be charged at Rs.540 + actuals charged by the tempo or rickshaw

  • Delivery timings are not fixed as we do more than 100 deliveries per day. If you require a specific time it will be charged extra at Rs.150* per delivery.

    • Lunch: Between 12:30 pm and 1:45 pm

    • Hi-Tea: Between 3:00 pm and 4:30 pm

    • Dinner: Between 8:00 pm and 9:30 pm

    • Breakfast: Between 8:00 am and 9:30 am
